GERSCHGORIN TYPE THEOREM AND THE PERTURBATION OF THE EIGENVALUES OF SINGULAR PENCILS

We obtain the Gerschgorin regions and the Gerschgorin disks for matrix pencilsfrom a general exclusion theorem. Then we apply a Gerschgorin type theorem to seekperturbation laws of eigenvalues, in the sense of probability, for a class of diagonalsingular matrix pencils.
