Abstract:
Tungsten disulfide thin film was prepared by RF sputtering on the substrate through the technology of desposition Ti and Ni transition layers on 3Cr13 martensite stainless steel,the effect of two transition layers on film performance was studied by comparing RF sputtering WS2 thin film without transition layer.Phase analysis,surface topography observation,micro-area chemical analysis,substrate-film adherence and frictional and wear test showed that Ti transition layer didn't influence the structure of the t...
