Optimal non-fragile guaranteed cost control for time-delay systems with structured uncertainties

Abstract:
The problem of optimal non-fragile guaranteed cost control for a class of linear time-delay systems with structured uncertainties was considered.A sufficient condition is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities for the existence of the non-fragile guaranteed cost controllers.Also,an optimization procedure is given to select the optimal controller in the sense of minimizing the upper bound of the quadratic performance index.Finally,numerical examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the theory.
