Application of adding-weight one-rank local-region method in electric power system short-term load forecast
加权一阶局域法在电力系统短期负荷预测中的应用

Adding-weight one-rank local-region method is introduced on chaotic time series. And this method is applied to the forecast of electric power system short-term load. Through the short-term load forecasting of a certain electric network in East China, the result is satisfied.
