Modeling method based on subspace identification for gas mixing-and-pressurization
|
Abstract:
To deal with the mixing-and-pressurization process of the blast furnace gas and the coke oven gas, we propose a model describing the relationship between process states and outputs. By analyzing the strongly coupled features in the process, we construct a relationship model using subspace identification method which takes four inputs including the pressure and flow-rate preceding the valves in both the blast furnace and the coke oven, and two outputs including the calorific value and pressure of the mixed gas. The simulation shows that this model is of high accuracy for describing the characteristics of gas mixing-and-pressuring process.
