D-stable robust fault-tolerant control for uncertain discrete-delay systems

Abstract:
D-stable fault-tolerant control problem is studied for discrete systems with a time delay, which can guarantee some performance after sensor failures. A sufficient condition for \%D\%-stable control systems possessing integrity against sensor failures is presented. Then the \%D\%-stable robust fault-tolerant control problem is studied for uncertain discrete time-delay systems. The design method of \%D\%-stable robust fault-tolerant control systems is given, and the results are extended to the situation of actuator failures. Finally, an illustrative example and simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
