Cognition model based on granular computing

The cognitive process is very complicated, and the granular computing (GrC) is a kind of new idea and method in the artificial intelligence field. In this paper, several typical cognition models were introduced, and then a new cognition model was proposed based on the GrC. In addition, the image cognition model based on GrC was presented and the key issues in image cognition were discussed.
