Overview of the Laser Diode Arrays and Relevant Application Technology
激光二极管阵列及其应用技术发展态势分析

The patent information in the database of Derwent Innovations Index and the research articles in the INSPEC, which were concerning the laser diode arrays and relevant technology from 2000 to 2007, were analyzed by using of the analysis software tool of Thomson Data Analyzer (TDA). The characteristics of time, country, institution, and technology term of these patents and articles were compared and evaluated in detail. The bibliometrics results would help reveal the trends of development, research fronts, critical technologies and hot topics of research in the relevant R&D field.
