Fast algorithm for H.264 deblocking filter based on Baseline
基于Baseline的H.264去块效应滤波的快速算法

For H.264/AVC, the complexity of judgment of boundary strength is a big problem in deblocking filter algorithm. The paper proposes a fast algorithm to judge BS. According to the characteristic of H.264/AVC standard and the rule of boundary strength in Baseline Profile of H.264, this method is able to reduce the amount of calculation. And it is proved by the experimental simulation of JM8.6 that there is almost 56% of time consuming in deblcoking filter with a bit loss of PSNR and no influence on picture subject quality. It reduces the complexity of deblocking filter in H.264, and is good for hardware implementation of H.264 decoder.
