Application of CDKF method in single observer passive tracking based on opportunity transmitters
|
Abstract:
For the problem of location performance of single observer passive object tracking based on opportunity transmitters, a new nonlinear filtering method CDKF based on Sterling interpolation formulation was applied to this tracking system. The simulation results show that CDKF is superior to the extended Kalman filter (EKF) in accuracy and is easier to implement without computing Jacobian matrices. Compared with unscented Kalman filter (UKF), CDKF method just has only one parameter to optimize, which makes parameter selection more convenient and location more accurate, and then less time is needed.
