To solve the problems of service-oriented domain rectuirements expression and specification organization, a extended concept of service feature and its model of were proposed,and a ontology-meta model of service feature based on OWL(Ontology Web Language) was also presented. The extended concept of service feature can more fully describe the semantic information of service requirements, and the proposed model provides a flexible and extensible organization structure for service-oriented domain requirements. I3y defining the mapping relationship of service features in the model, the model overcomes the disadvantages of traditional feature model, richens the semantic relationship of service features, and provides a more realization mechanism for configuration management and refinement of domain requirements based on feature. Lastly, a computer-aided modeling prototype tool was introduced. I3y developing the prototype tool, the proposed model is proved to be adaptable for scrviccoriented domain analysis & modeling.
