在实际工程的开发中常常面临需要与外围数据源设备通信的问题，因此结合开发实践，通过一个 基于Windows98的具体应用程序实例，介绍了基于多线程的PC机与单片机之间的异步串行通信的实现 方法及通用红外遥控器的解码方法，该系统是采用Visual C++语言及汇编语言实现的。
