Personalized Active Service Model Based on Ontology and Multi-Agents

In order to break through performance bottlenecks of traditional active service model, and offer better service to satisfy users' personalized service request,firstly,ontological user personalized model was estabilished based on domain ontology, and personalized active service model based on ontology and multi-agents was proposed in this paper. Afterwords, we analysed the running process of the model, described the function of each part in the model in detail. Based on the analysis of the key technologies of model running, we expatiated the collaborative operational mechanism of Push and Pull. In the end, the experimental results of the prototype system based on our model indicate that the service performance can be improved effectively.
