Abstract:

在电力行业，应用先进的科学技术，对电网进行改造能带动生产和消费的有效增长。针对重庆市电 网技改及业扩工程概预算编制及审查系统的总体要求，通过对系统的静态模型和动态模型的分解和组合， 建立一种既独立又相关的功能模块结构，为开发概预算编制系统奠定了基础。
