为了解决主机的移动性,IETF提出了Mobile IP。为了解决Mobile IP中的三角路由问题,人们又 提出了MIP RO。当Mobile IP切换时,会造成TCP连接中断一段时间,因此提出采用MIP RO中的绑定更 新消息作为Mobile IP切换的标志,从而改善Mobile IP切换时的TCP性能。
