Design and Implement for Grid Simulation Environment Based on GridSim ToolKits

In this paper, a novel grid simulation environment called MendSim is designed and implemented based on the GridSim ToolKits. Multifarious grid dispatching rules and scheduling algorithms can be realized in the new grid simulation environment.
