信息化进程的研究

This paper divided informationalization processing into three phases,informationalization construction,information assurance,and indicator.The relationships among the three phases were discussed.The characteristic in each phases was analyzed.The operational protect mechanism for China information assurance based on security baseline policy was presented.The indicator for information assurance was proposed.
