A New Method to Class a Point Set Based on Nearest-Neighbour Decision Boundaries

The measure of Nearest-Neighbour Decision Boundaries is very important in the identification. In this paper, based on the theory of Nearest-Neighbour, we could classify the point set using a new method by the peculiarity of Voronoi diagram and Delaunay triangulations.
