Social Exchange-based Negotiation in e-Commerce

Abstract:
The research works on agent mediated e-commerce ignore the influence of society factors,such as society relationship,to the agent negotiation.In this paper,we link the social relationship based negotiation to a extended value exchange based on the analysis of the social relationship in the value exchange procedure and the corresponding negotiation procedure.Then,a theoretical frame of value exchange based negotiation with an application is introduced.
