Research on MetaData Model for Information Semantics Sharing in Peer-to-Peer Networks
面向对等网信息语义共享的元数据模型框架研究

Peer-to-Peer systems are a new paradigm for information sharing. It usually does not support information semantics management. In this paper, a semantics sharing architecture for information asset management based on Peerto-Peer network is presented. It focus on the design of the integrative metadata model. The metadata model combines the features of ontology with the features of Peer-to-Peer networks to encoding semantic information and related man- agement elements. Furthermore, the working mechanism and key problems of metadata model is introduced from the aspects of creating of metadata repository, query processing and trust mechanism.
