This paper analyzes the virtual enterprise architecture.By deployment diagram of UML,the units which participate in the definition of visual enterprise are defined into functional nodes,then a work flow management system's framework is built.In view of the flexible business process,as well as the realization of cooperative tasks,there is an in-depth level design.On this basis,the hierarchical model is formally descriped.
