Research on Resolution within a Text
篇章中的消解问题与消解算法：研究综述

Resolution within a text is a procedure to identify different expressions referring to the same entity in the real world, including anaphora resolution and corefernce resolution. As an important part of information extraction, it has broad application aspects in information retrieval, automatic text summary, text mining and so on. This paper presents some necessary knowledge on resolution problem. Some typical resolution algorithms in the past 10 years are introduced and the development trend is proposed.
