ERP Implementation Project Process Model Based on CSFs
基于关键成功因子的ERP项目实施过程模型

An ERP implementation process model based on the critical success factors(CSFs) is proposed in the paper. The model is composed by Identification of CSFs,Implementation Process Improvement based on the evaluation of CS Fs,and Implementation Process Improvement based on the Change Management.By applying the model,we will re- duce the implementation time and predict the risk of the project,and the whole implementation process will be moni- tored and controlled to increase the success implementation radio.
