Transmission Control of MPEG Video Based on Neural Network and Particle Swarm Algorithm
基于神经网络和粒子群算法的MPEG视频传输控制

A model of transmission control of MPEG video is addressed, in which the traffic is controlled by several token buckets and a multiplexer, and a suit of differential equations presenting the system status are given, based on which a optimal control strategy using neural network and particle swam algorithm is proposed. Simulation results verify its feasibility and remarkable effect.
