Essential Use Case Based Software Requirements Analysis and Elicitation
|
Abstract:
Essential use cases are abstract, lightweight, technology-free dialogues between user and system. Compared with conventional use cases, the steps of essential use cases are more concise. The benefit of this abstraction is that no particular design decision needs to be made at the early stage of system development. This paper discusses an ap- proach of software requirements analysis and elicitation based on essential use case, and compares it with the conven- tional use case technology.
