The Method of Dynamic Load Balance Access to Web GIS Service

This paper analyzes the bottleneck problem of Web GIS and in the technology of agent and Web sever clus- ter based on dispatcher introduces the dynamic method of load balance access to Web GIS service. This method uses cheap cost to avoid the problem of bottleneck problem in Web GIS and improve data transport performance in Web GIS.
