An Agent Social Commitment Mechanism Based on Time-utility

In multi-agent system, the social commitment mechanism between agents needs to be built for solving prob- lem. This paper develops an agent social commitment mechanism based on time-utility for one-to-many negotiation in semi-competitive situations in which there exists information uncertainty and deadlines. The mechanism guarantees ra- tional actions and enables the negotiation more effective and increases utilities of the system.
