A Method of Constructing Bayesian Networks for Situation Assessment

The paper proposes the method of Leaky noisy-or gate to construct the parameters of partial nodes in Bayes- ian networks for situation assessment.The Leaky noisy-or gate model considers discrete variable set as the object of study.Having satisfied the conditions of Leaky noisy-or gate model,the method can utilize partial statistics to gain the nodes' parameters.A kind of Bayesian inferencing software is used in the experiment Experimental results show that the method is available.
