On Intelligence Mechanism and Soft Computing

This paper purports to explore the relation between intelligence mechanism and soft computing. It points out that while there is the seeking of precise and optimal solutions in human's intelligence mechanism, there is also the seeking of approximate and suboptimal solutions. This makes it possible to employ the soft computing to the research on intelligence mechanism, furthermore to spur the advance in the research on intelligence mechanism.
