The Design and Implementation of Privilege Divided Linux Based System

The secure operating system is the foundation of secure enhanced information systems. As an open source software, Linux has robust functions and good compatibilities with Unix. This paper analyzes the hidden troubles and faults in secure aspect of it, and fully discusses the design and implementation of privilege divided Linux-based system. It mainly focuses on the modifications of access control, super users' least privilege division and so on.
