一种基于三维小波变换的视频图像编码方法

In this paper,We propose an in:proved zerotree coding scheme based on three dimensionalwavelet transform. The wavelet coefficients are quantized with different quantization matrices using hu-man visual system(HVS),and then are encoded with an improved zerotree coding algorithm. Experi-ments prove that this method is very efficient.
