QoS Management Model in the Cluster Multimedia Surveillance and Control System

Considering characters and requirements of the Cluster Surveillance and Control System, the network topology structure of the system is presented and the hiberarchy model of QoS management is studied. Based on the CORBA technology, an effective resources management and quality guarantee system is completed. It is used for managing resources in each point of the system and ensuring the quality of services.
