Declarative Languages and Knowledge-base Systems

Declarative languages are the pursuing goal of knowledge-base systems. However .after a long time research, from 1985 to now. there have been still no declarative knowledge-base programming languages published.and furthermore .this goal has somewhat blocked the practice of knowledge-base systems. This paper introduces the concept of declarative languages,explores the relationship between declarative languages and knowledge-base languages ,and gives our results.
