An effective traffic model is necessary when we are evaluating network performance,and it is hard to find a simple but correct model. In this paper,we propose a WWW traffic model that combines the advantages of empirical parameter models and TCP connections throughput models. Through rigid simulation and model verification, we prove that the model conforms to real traffic exactly and easy to be implemented-
