The Key Issue of Load Sharing in Cluster of Parallel Computing

In this paper,we analyze some basic characteristics of Load Sharing under network parallel computing environment and provide a bastc architecture and arithmetic. We stress that it is key ussue how to select migratable process in Load Sharing and discuss a discriminant in detail. We also discuss some problems in implementation.
