On the Power-Line Communication:An Overview

This paper briefly describes the history of power-line communications and gives the developing phases. The key technology in power-line communications has been discussed in detail. The paper also summarizes the applications on power-line communications. In the end of the paper,it puts up the difficulty and problem in developing power-line communications in China.
