Decomposition Theorem and Measures of Similarity in Vague Sets

Based on fuzzy set theory this paper gives decomposition theorem in Vague sets, and by discussing the measures of similarity of Vague sets this paper presents a new kind of the measure. The results can be used for further research and applications of Vague sets.
