Implementation Strategy of BPR-Based Bidding Informatization

According to an example of corporation, this paper explaines the importance of BPR during the construction of Bidding Informatization in large enterprises, and guides the construction of Bidding Informatization from the perspectives on rebuilding organization, institution and process based on BPR theory. This paper also discusses about the implementation of Bidding Informatization combined with BPR in order to achieve the effective improvement of bidding management.
