国内Internet上发送手机短消息日益受到广大用户的喜爱,其基础协议CMPP是中国移动结合SMPP和网络特点推出的一种Internet手机短消息协议。本文简单分析CMPP的特点,指出其在计费机制上存在的漏洞,同时提供一种便捷的解决方案。
