A Series of Zero Spectral Moment Filters

A new kind of filters Zero Spectral Moment Filters are intriduced, which properties are better than that of the common FIR filters, particularly for flatness on pass-band and stop-band. It includes the known wavelet filters, for examples of conjugate filters and biorthogonal filters.
