The Automatic Selection of Image Threshold on the Basis of Genetic Algorithms
基于遗传算法的图像阈值的自动选取

On the basis of discussing the basic principles of Genetic Algorithms, this paper takes the method of maximum classes square error as an example to discuss how to apply Genetic Algorithms in the automatic selection of image thresholds, and describes the detail procedure. The results of experiments show that Genetic Algorithms can improve greatly the performance of old methods selecting image thresholds.
