The life cycle of Dictyostelium magnum

Abstract:
The whole process of the life cycle of Dictyostelium magnum was observed microscopically on the bi-concavity slide and the water agar.A complete life cycle of D.magnum needs 2-3d duration.The characteristics of spores,myxamoebae,aggregation,pseudoplasmodium,ascent,sorocarp and spore release were observed.
