MODIFICATION OF SEEMANN-BOHLIN METHOD FOR STRESS MEASUREMENT

The scattered distribution of the lattice parameters in the Seemann-Bohlin method for stress measurement was discussed.A linear relation can be achieved by modification with the theory deduced from Kroner model.However,the Seemann-Bohlin method cannot achieve good accuracy in comparison with the Bragg-Brentauo method,particularly for low stress values.
