MUTAGENESIS AND SCREENING OF UGH BIOMASS AND HIGH AMINO ACID CONTENT STRAINS FROM MORCHELLA CONICA PROTOPLASTS

Some high biomass and high amino acid content mutant strains were isolated from Morchella conicaCGAC-9506 protoplast treated by U.Virradiation. The biomass and content of amino acids of Morchella conicaCGAC-950637, one of the mutant strains, were increased 7.3% and 38% respectively as compared with the original strain.
