Production of laccase from Polyporus arcularius A08 by submerged fermentation
漏斗多孔菌液体发酵产漆酶条件研究

By using single-factor analysis, the effects of the medium composition and initial pH on production of laccase from Polyporus arcularius A08 cultivated in liquid medium was investigated. The results showed that its productivity of laccase was improved when adding NH4Cl and mixed carbon source containing rice bran and hemicellulose in the medium with high C/N.
