Optimization of inter-simple sequence repeat PCR (ISSR-PCR) reaction system for Armillaria gallica

The reaction conditions and primers of Armillaria gallica phylogeny analysis based on ISSR-PCR were studied. The annealing point of every primer and the influence of formamide were analyzed especially. The result provided a consult for studying on phylogenesis, genetic diversity and germplasm resource of Armillaria biological species.
