Study on Extraction Process of Exocarpium Benincasae Polysaccharide
冬瓜皮多糖提取工艺研究

The extraction technology of Exocarpium Benincasae Polysaccharide(EBP) was studied.The orthogonal experimental design method was applied to determine the influence of extraction factors on the mount of EBP such as water used,extraction time and times.The content of EBP was analyzed with phenol-sulphruic acid method.The result showed that the best technology for extraction of EBP was 10 times water;repeating three times and 2 hours for each turn.The process is stable and of high efficiency in polysaccharide ...
