SCREENING OF COMPOUND ENZYMES HIGH PRODUCTIVE STRAIN L86 FOR WOOL TEXTILE DECREMENT BY LASER IRRADIATION
|
Abstract:
A mutant strain L86 high yielding compound enzymes for wool textile decrement was screened from its parent strain A. usamii by laser irradiation. The results showed the acid protease was increased from 3566 u/ml up to 5089u /ml and the CMCase was increased from 1824 up to 2570u/ml. The character of compound enzyme high productivity remained stable after many times of subculture and half year storage. The test of wool textile decrement indicated that the L86 compound enzymes was an ideal decrement agent for wool decrement.
