RAPD AND IGS ANALYSIS OF PLEUROTUS NEBRODENSIS CULTIVARS IN CHINA

Abstract:
The genetic diversity of Pleurotus nebrodensis was studied by RAPD and IGS analysis. The RAPD profiles shows a polymorphism among the tested cultivars. IGS1 region keeps conservative and steady, and is no appearance in the diversity. IGS2 region displays an abundant diversity with more evolution. It is recognized that IGS2-RFLP can be used in identification and discrimination of strains in P. nebrodensis. The results of IGS2-RFLP are more steady, more handle and more differentiation than those of RAPD analysis.
