|
Abstract:
One hundred and thirty-one rhizosphere soil samples were collected from different habitats in the southeast region of Tibet. Thirty-two species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were identified, belonging in five genera, i.e. 11 Acaulospora species, one Archaeospora species, 17 Glomus species, two Pacispora species, and one Scutellospora species. Four species, i.e. Acaulospora gedanensis, Glomus flavisporum, Glomus invermaium, and Pacispora boliviana were new records in China. These specimens were stored in the Herbarium Mycologicum Academiae Sinicae in Beijing (HMAS).
